Avatar change with new softwear

Hello,
I how do I change my avatar with the new softwear. There is not a button to choose and upload a new avatar.
I go to profile, modify, confirm password, options, but I cannot choose a new avatar as there is no browse button or upload button.
Look forward to your help,
