OK. my browser's getting worse in regards to my previous thread about refresh. Can anyone help me here. Opened IE clicked on google in my fav's and got this

Kev, I wish I could help you out but it is a local issue. Either with your ISP's cache or something with your computer.

Only thing I could suggest is to either get someone in to sort it out or backup all your data and format the hard drive and start again.
