HELP PLEASE every time i enter my member name DAVE S in forgotten password it shows an error has occurred

What is the exact error message?

It will be written just underneath the text "An Error Has Occurred!"

STEVE i went and entered my member name DAVE S to get this message and it said my password will be emailed to me its working ;D just for your imfo it said something about tamworth if you like could you please delete SPEECHLESS some one my want to use one day ;D
