Why pic posting does not work since new server

Today I just realised there is problem with my workmate having problem that we can't post the photo.
The photo format is less than 100KB and .jpg
we used the computers at the work via network system, previous you set up new server and we used to post the photo file without any problem.
Now what should we do?

Attachment directory was full. Have allocated another 2gig so should be fine for a while longer.
