G'day steve
Seems I have a problem that may need administrator intervention . I had to use the password reminder link as my computer no longer remembered my password . No biggie - except the reset passwords do not match my username . I have had to create this new username to post this help query. Sent an email earlier but nothing heard . I am known to all by my original username of Hagar and would really like it back pleeeease .
Have so far :
Used forgotten password link about 4 times.
Tried Hagar in all forms of case sensitive typing.
Tried copying and pasting username and reset password from the emails directly.
Always comes up as username /password mismatch or username does not exist .
Could you find time to have a look please .
