why do i have keep refreshing?

Gday I seem to be having bit of a problem with refreshing of this site. For eg when i login on the board the same topics are there when i loged out last but when i refresh they will be up to date. Some boards say eg Charleville was last to post but when i open up the thread it's not there until i hit refresh. This is starting to really irritate me. Has anyone been having issues?

Check your internet settings and make sure you have it set to

"Check for newer versions of stored pages" either
"Automatically"
or
"Every time you start Internet Explorer"
