RFD has identified that a limited number of it's 150N Manual inflation PFD Type 1 Part No. JL1F42 do not contain the CO2 bottle required for inflation.
Applies to units purchased between 24.08.06~30.11.06 from Bias Boating (cat# 1035X)

Its easy to tell if there is a fault - there is no little gas bottle attached!

Product Info: Type 1. Part number JILF42. Purchased between 24 August 2006 and 30 November 2006 from BIAS Boating Warehouse.

Defect Details: Floatation devices were not fitted with a CO2 bottle.

Consumer action: Return PFD to BIAS Boating Warehouse for a replacement Floatation Device.
