Hey Members, I've been on the site for a while now and have decided I would like to start contributing. I generally fish up Hayes and the local reefs around Redcliffe, just thought I'd throw my hat into the ring.
Cheers!

Welcome to the site Macca! :D
There's a few people who fish around that area (myself included), so will be good to get some more reports/info from the area.
Cheers,
Dan

Thanks for the welcome guys. Yeah it is a shame about the Woody Point Jetty, I just hope that it isn't the start of a marina going there!
On a lighter note, I'm heading up the creek on Saturday so hopefully a solid post is in order (hopefully).

Yeah Seahorse great spot to be a local! No real inside info on the marina but it was mentioned in the local rag, but who knows what sort of underhand tactics get used these days.
Don't mind sharing knowledge as long as you don't out fish my spots, ;)

Hi Macca
Ditto - welcome, I've been on site for a while too but have recently only signed up.
I'm local also. Have been interested in fishing the Green mark off scarborough one day. Any hints or tips for that particular area?

I too am a newbie to this site and some what of a newbie to fishing. I live in kallangur and do a bit of land based fishing around the pine and redcliffe.
Is a pitty about the woody point jetty. It was a good spot for squid and the ocassional squire.

Welcome on board, good to see another Pine Rivers/Peninsular person joining in. Geebz, I don't target squid but if you're interested I believe you can target them more effectively around Redcliffe without using the jetty. This second hand info only though.
