Since you posted this I have poured over that website a number of times. I haven't been there but it sure looks like a great place going by what they are saying.

Prices are good as well. I must check it out when I return to Oz.

Perhaps if you go yourself you can post your thoughts here for others.

I have been camping around the south east of Queensland for many years now and it still amazes me the number of places I haven't been to.

Does anyone else out there know of some unknown camping spots that we should all know about????

Thanks Derek. Yeah, if I take the plunge I'll post a review here.

We're due to go camping again this weekend, and due to the shortage of time to check things out we may just go back to Lake Moogerah.

We were there a few weeks ago, caught some good Bass and had a great time.

Anyone know if there's been a rise in the water level after our few days of spits last week?

Went back to Moogerah last weekend. Had a ball camping, and fishing for Aussie Bass. Caught a few too. http://www.ausfish.com.au/chat/images/smilies/cwm20.gif

The water level, I reckon, was down about 10 inches on the trip 3 weeks previous. That rain we had a couple of weeks ago did bugger all. http://www.ausfish.com.au/chat/images/smilies/cwm22.gif
