Not actually selling, I just want to get peoples opinions on what my vehicle is worth as I'm thinking of upgrading my insurance to one with an 'agreed value' and don't want them to put a low price tag on the thing

It's a late 99 (2000 plate) Nissan Patrol GU series one DX 4.2 Litre Turbo Diesel Ute with Custom Duratray (wood floor). 96000 kms. No dints etc and plain white.

Suspension is extra heavy duty OME rear leaf and heavy duty OME front coils with OME Nitrochargers all round.

Air con
Tinting
Boat racks
Tool box on one side, 30 Litre Stainless water tank on the other.
TJM Bull and side bars with checker plate side steps
Uniden Sundowner UH088 UHF radio with megablaster aerial
Sony CD player
Narva 100 Watt spotties (pencil beam)
Hayman Reese Tow bar (I can't believe that's an accessory)
Safari Snorkel
Warn XD9000 winch
TJM IBS dual battery system with monitor and twin Exide Extremes
16X8 ROH Trak II Sunraysia wheels with 265/75/16 tyres
Rear power outlet
ARB turbo timer
Dual tanks (175 litres)

Umm I think I have everything. I haven't included accessories not bolted on the car i.e. air compressor, snatch strap, hi lift jack and so on. How does the insurance come into play here?
My guess is at least 35 k, would does everyone think and do they have advice on insurance of this type, who do go through etc.?
I'm Suncorp at the moment and while they seem pretty good all round, I have to pay more for an agreed price.
Thanks, Mark :)

I reckon you are a bit over the mark there DB. in fact i reckon you'd be lucky to get $25K for it - i'll take it off your hands for $28K though ;D - even give you a part trade if you are looking for a better vehicle ::)

ps - was this prompted by the battery issue ;)

$25K..you are dreaming.

To start with..it is a Nissan..therefore that lowers the price...with all that gear hanging off it..it must weigh several tonnes...way too much fuel used...My estimate..$5k.

Just kidding ya Daintree
