blue algae at atkinson dam

i heard of blue algae, or green algae? or blue/green algae?
at atkinson damn making the fish poisonous to eat..
has anyone heard of this before?, and are the fish able to be eaten to atkinson dam?

also anyone know how much it costs to buy a fishing permit for the weekend?

Fishing permits are $12 for 3 days last time i checked
it is cheaper to buy a year subscription
