If you check out the July edition of Modern Fishing there is an article on the Seventeen Seventy area that mentions Middle Creek.

Middle creek above 1770 is a great little fishing spot. Especially if the weather is good you can get out front around Busted head. The creek is very difficult on low tide due to sandbars but once in it you’re ok. Good crabbing and fishing.
