Is rain a pain?

Just wondering what all the runoff into Moreton Bay from flood water does to the fishing. Does all the fresh stuff it for month's or does it improve after a few weeks from all the baitfish washed from the rivers and creeks?
I'm curious is all.

Will be bad in Southern MB for a couple of months and not great around Peel and Mud etc for probably a month or more. Cheers

From memory - the 2011 stuffed all the weed beds for a very long time.

Sort of what I figured. Me and few guys that fish Wivenhoe and Somerset were talking and reckon they will be out of business for 2 or 3 months as well.
