Looking for a new mid range spinner for 30lb braid. Tossing up between Saragosa 6000, Saltist 4000 or Slammer 3 5500.

Leaning towards Slammer 3. Saltist has cast gears where the other two have machined gears. I also have a Saragosa 8000 and I reckon the rotor “wobbles” a bit when I wind really quickly. The reel is getting on a bit though and I have given it some punishment so it may not be a design fault.

Thoughts or other suggestions?

Thanks in advance

Reel wobble probably means a bearing replacement is due. It's the first bearing to fail other than the one on the bail arm.

Not up to date with todays reels but Ed pointed out a Penn egg beater with huge drag, looked interesting

Edit: wow check out the USA Penn range!!! Looks like we only get half of the models they get
