Bottom end of Pumistone was fine yesterday

Top end of Pumistone looks like dirty tea but plenty of fish still around. Even the barra are biting.

Hi , wish I had good news but... The lad and I went out yesterday - departed Scarby at dawn. Across to Moreton - north of the wrecks- worked beacons with metals drift or two at curtain jigging - beacon little show on the sounder- no results. Continued with the beacon theme north, while looking for surface fish- little seen . Back a long Bribie. No result. Bay was calm - 83 kms nice trip for the new suzi 40 hp and tinnie. Back at the ramp around 1100.

We were fishing yesterday morning as well, fairly quite to start with but it turned out to be one of the best trips ever.
Cod after cod after cod, along with a mackerel hook up.
We also landed an almost legal red emperor.
Every drift resulted in multiple hook ups.

We saw fair few long tails and mackerels on the surface but didn't get any hook up.
