quick crab trip 28/10/17

left manly at a leisurely time of around 10 this morning to go drop the pots for the nite,set the pots in 7mtrs water around the islands and decided to give them an hr then check them...1st check we managed 13 keepers out of the 8 pots so we waited another 30 minutes and managed another 9 keepers. 22 total for an hr and half soak..a good feed for the oldman and I...we left them in overnight to get a feed for my rellies tomorrow...

Good haul.
Had a mate put some out the front of the Brisbane River along the rockwall, out of 8 or 12 pots not sure if they all had pots in, but they only got 1 jenny....

Must be hanging in the deeper water.
