old split cane rod

I inherited a few cane rods from my father and I'm wondering if they are worth much, I'm not really into collecting old rods ect , this one is about 8ft 6 in long and is a 3 piece, the brand is "Seal made in japan", ould it be worth much and around how old would it be in if anyone knows.. cheers.

On a serious note - depending on brands and condition they can be worth a few bucks. Check Gumtree and eBay to compare (Gumtree has some for between $150 and $250)

Most just have novelty value, simply because they are not rare.
