Posting a go pro vid

Hi just wondering how to go abut posting a go pro vid, tried to upload in same fashion as a photo but no good, can anybody help.?

Mate best way to go is upload to youtube then copy the link into here. Dont think you can upload a direct video. Uses too much server storage.
