what size battery for and electronic motor in a kayak

Hi there just wanted some opinions I've got a 14 fishing kayak and just bout a 45 pound electric moter for it i have a 100 amp deep cycle battery that weighs 26 kg is this battery to heavy or big what do u all think?

All depends on the load capacity taking into account you, gear, engine etc..
