will a merc vengeance prop fit a 115 V4 yamaha?

looking to try a different prop on a 115 V4 yammie 2S and i have an old 18P SS Vengeance prop in the shed does any one know if it will fit ?

Yes, if its not for a v6 gearcase.

Thanks Rob, its a 115 V4 , is it common for these to have a V6 gear case? i think it is all stack as it is a 2012 model.

Sorry mate, meant the merc prop isn't off a v6. If it was on a 90hp or 115hp merc it will go straight on. From memory the 18p vengeance was only made to suit the 75-115hp.

No worries. I think you will need to use the merc thrust washer aswell. The yamaha nut and split pin should be fine.
