Beautiful weather on the Goldie all last week. General northerly north west but light. Got the boat out twice. Had read two reports of contrasting techniques. Monday decided to troll from outside seaway out to 18s and down to Palmy and back up the 12s past mermaid following dirty water lines zigging and zagging for five hours and not a single strike. Went out again Thursday this time to get livies and hit up 18-24s look for structure. Did well on the livies off the Scottish Prince, drove around for quite a while looking for bottom, had a few solid misses and managed to get one good snapper. Was pretty stoked 4.7kg and 82cm PB.
