On PC, mobile or other?
Often it is the slow loading of 3rd party advertising which adjusts the page as the images load in.

Sounds like a browser issue. Some browsers adjust the page as items are loaded. Particularly older non popular/supported browsers.
Don't be too quick to blame ads, without them this website and many others would not have been around for the last 21 years :-) Unless everyone was a Premium member :-) Could be the free member classifieds causing the issue and/or a slow internet connection.
What browser are you using?
Is it the latest update?
Note - Many websites these days are not designed to support Internet explorer, as it is no longer the most common browser and is very sow at loading webpages

Most likely the loading of the classifieds. Still looking into it.
Running firefox and chrome and can not get it to do it to me on main computer but will do it on a laptop with an older browser.
What version are you using?
What plugins do you have installed?
How long roughly is it taking for a page to fully load?
