Left Clontarf at 6.30 on a flat sea.
Only took 12 mins till fishing.
got some fantastic whiting. Probably the best caught this season.

We ended up with 82. Once the bottom of the tide came the bites stopped.

Headed back home about 10.30, so thought we would throw few plastics for flatty.

Got 1 nice one. Back at home by 11.30.

great day, great feed tonight.

Sunrise looked pretty good this morning.

Greg, seems whiting are pretty thick right now , Rous also fired today, we got there after the low and drifted but they where thin but once anchored over a patch we easily got our bag with quality

Tangles, mate wanted to go to Rous but just a long run from clontarf if nothing there.

We use to go there all the time when we had the Jet Skis, because there in 20 mins.

Yeah a mate of mine got got their 100 this week. Hopefully they stay around bit longer..

Cant beat a good feed of whiting.

Yeah we anchored on them in the Rous (or near enough to it) for a quick bag out as well. They were bloody thick and good quality.

They were there again today. We found the better ones in 4-5 meters on the edge of the banks, and anchored on them, bagged out in around 2 hours. Squid did most of the damage and they also took prawns.
