Loaded the kids up on Monday morning for a fish in the Seaway after some success the previous afternoon where I caught two nice Jew over 80cm. We headed out to the bait reef first to load up on Yakka’s which didn’t take long and the kids love catching them three at time. Came back in and started drifting the pipe and picked up a couple of Bream on slack tide but no GT’s or Jew wanting to bite. Headed back out to the North Wall for the first of the run in tide. Kid’s and the kids started catching some quality Bream and I was picking up the odd Big Eye Trevally and undersized Jew on the live baits. The young fella got a nice Tailor and my daughter caught her first Trevally and a Jew at 68cm that she happily released. It was a good morning out with a decent feed.

Good one Leigh! Just caught up on some of your other recent videos too! I think I still remember Missy pregnant with your first. Wow how times fly. Were you eating the gar or are they skip baits? Just put a report up in this section about my young fella. Caught his first fish the other week!

Kids ate a few Gar but saved plenty for skip baits. Good stuff, It's more satisfying watching your kids catch fish than catching them yourself. Can't wait till they want head out wider and catch some billfish.
