Tangles, I took just one surf rod, the old 12' Snyder Glass 6 wrap and two light Alveys, one soft plastics rod and two boat rods, one of which was one of those bream combos I got off you quite some time ago, so I was quite restrained in my selection.. Back the drag off a fair bit, play with the fish a while to attract an audience, and then finally get it in.

Got some really good bream at the end of the middle wall in the tinny plus some great bream up at Browns Rocks, but the high tides were against us.

Did pretty good working some gutters along ten mile beach at Shark Bay as well. Not a bad trip really, but my back's sore as, probably from pumping yabbies most days.

And OMD, no, I managed to leave the cakes alone for that trip. No alcohol either.

So there you go.

PS: Tangles, remember that Torium 20 I also got off you? Well, haven't used it yet, but the other week I had a great leap forward and actually spooled it with Platypus Platinum 25 lb mono, so that's a start.

Whoofa, I didn't see any tailor apart from the one we got at Shark Bay, but no great size to it.
Kingcray, no jew or flathead seen at the Middle Wall, but we had a good session there on yabbies for some good bream.
Jarrah J, I've been stocking up on some heavy artillery; rods, reels and terminal gear for a possible assault at 1770 this year, but the week that was has changed my mind I think. Which is good, as I'd probably end up in jail if I got mixed up with you mob.

Yes, but just think of the pleasure and the tall tales such a sacrifice would make for the boys.

You could go down into legend like Aaron and his naked assaults, Tranter and his flushes and Merricks and the frozen prawns at Stanage.
