Raymarine A series /Navionics gold card

I purchased a Raymarine Chart Plotter Sounder twelve months ago and have just been able to afford to purchase the gold card. When I inserted the card into the body of the Chart Plotter it does not show on the screen. Am I doing something wrong? Any assistance would be appreciated.

Do you have it the right way? My navionics gold chart worked perfect in my A57.

At the risk of maybe stating the obvious, on my Lowrance, I had to select the card in the menu....

No sorry. Pretty useless suggestion I made, but had to make it!
