Hi fellow Ausfishers
Interested in chasing some whiting from a boat out of Nudgee beach and was wondering if there was a general area that would be worth targeting?
From my experience it is one big sandy bottom so is the idea to just drift around until you find the fish?
Any help appreciated.

Hi Seahorse
Not sure if you are taking the piss with the GPS comment or not. haha
Will probably just head out Friday night and drift around with a couple of rods in the water and a cold beer (only one for anyone wanting to complain about drinking on a boat). Can't go wrong that way.
My good mate Eddie fishes Bramble bay a lot, His advice is start near the Compass bouy and basically work the 3-5 meter mark in the Bramble bay area. Cheers, I might head there Tuesday. Whiting in the Arvo and then a prawn or three afterwards would be nice.

We fished the area 3 weeks ago, got a good feed. Took a mark, then went back to same area last saturday and got onto them again.
the Comp boat was very hit and miss, thats why we ended up at the other mark.
just look for the boats, will be a few around.
hopfully going out tomorrow to that same mark.
