Hi All,
I wanted to take my boat out for an overdue run, so this morning my good mate and his young fella (7 yo) came out with me. We put in at Redland Bay and headed towards the Power lines at the mouth of the Logan River. Nothing really seemed to be work as we had Prawns, chicken heats and soft plastic aboard, then little Kayleb's line got smashed (using prawn) and a 31cm Bream soon found it's way into the esky. The only other notable catch was a flathead of around 30cm, which was released.
It's not much of a report but,that made my day seeing young Kayleb land a nice fish and it was good to put another hour or so on my hour meter.
