Yeh Volvo
Have been doin some research on the Finnor Marquesa 20 2speed ...and haven't found anything negative about em at all ......just all good...and great value for money
Alan Hawk also gives the...Finnor Lethal 100...Spinning reel a big rap as well..cheap reel that is right up there with the top end stuff...

Thanks Willo, recently purchased two Pen Spin Reels and might just look into that one also. Been trying to get the Missus away from the handline and into Rod Fishing hence the Spin outfits, also Grandkids can use them if need be:)..

Yeh Volvo just something to keep in mind......
Alan Tani suggests with the Marquesa that they should have a pre service to make sure there is plenty of grease in the bearings and the drag is wet ...with that done trouble free reel
I find a lot of new reels these days, top end stuff as well are all very light on in the grease department ..
So might pay to have a look inside when ya get yours
These days I open up and regrease all my new reels....

Have a little Pen bought way back Fishing the freshwater Rivers of N.S.W. Still like new and the drag bit sits ontop of the spool cracked and then broke in halfe. Anyway tried for nre two years get a new spare part for it with no luck and i asked the question here onboard where i could purchase parts for it and "Bingo"within the week i had a once again brand new reel or almost.
Service all my reels regular as well as wash after EVERY USE and its paid off :)..
