Prawning Flotilla at Nudgee

Went to Nudgee with Popgun19 this morning. Drama at the ramp when a gentleman launched his tinny without any bungs, tinny rolled over and sank next to the pontoon before the gentleman returned from parking his car. This caused a backlog of vehicles about 100 metres long. Gentleman grabed hold of a rope attached to the sunken tinny and tried to pull the boat up the ramp but slipped and went arse over tit. Think I heard swearing in Vietnamese.::)

There was about 100 boats prawning with prawns scattered over a large area but we managed out buckets of good prawns with a top up from Stan (Pero)

I heard they pinged a few blokes down there a couple days ago for too many prawns

Didn't have time as Popgun19 had to leave early to get to work at 9am. Same size prawns as the pics in my other thread. 18 to 27cm.

And Tomorrow I will be there again skippering my tinny.
