Northern bay Prawns

Went prawning this morning in the Northern Bay with Popgun19, most prawns were taken between 6am and 8am with size excellent 18 to 26cm finished up with 12 litres between us (I skippered Brians boat while he threw the net). One cast netted about 3 litres. About 6 trawlers working further out from us.

nice effort barry and popgun, we did similarly out there yesterday, sure are some huge prawns out there. Hope they hang around for a month or so longer

I hope they hang around a bit longer aswell.I'm off camping for 10 days on Sat so will be having a look when i get back.
