Ripper Day Tuesday

Started off mackerel fishing and got four. Went reef fishing for a couple of hours and did ok then went marlin fishing and went 5-5-5, 4 blacks and a sail between 11am-3pm. Couldn't go wrong and everything turned to gold that day! Got another black Wednesday and one this morning.

My brother inlaw won a trip on Magumi and was kind enough to take myself and solefish along for the day on Sat.

We trolled all day of the cape for not even one hit. Skipper and decky were top blokes but just not our day.

Well done on your catch, your crew should be stoked.

Yeh there aren't many blues around just yet Keith. Few down the Goldy but quieter up here. One was caught on the weekend that I know about but plenty of people trying, just not seeing them.
