I bought a 3 position wire rod holder if the tides running the right way or if I am trolling it works a treat however if there is no pressure holding the rod against the wire it could tip out which would be a problem. Has anyone come up with a clever way to stop the rod falling out but still having it easily accessible when a big one bites?
