Lowrance Hds5 question

Hi everyone

I have purchase a new boat fitted with hds5 lowrance with sidescan. In the setup mode it asks to choose the exact transducer. Can anyone help with what transducer comes as standard with thes units?

Have a look on the side of the box it should be marked there. I just bought a 7 dsi and that's how I found mine. The transducer type should be highlighted, ticked or colored in.

Unfortunately it only came with the sidescan box that had all the bits and pieces.

normally the hds5 comes with the 85/200 not sure of the sidescan as i dont have it

Im sure you have already worked it out but the cable going into the back of the unit will have a little silver tag on it. The type of transducer that came with mine is a Wide angle 83/200. I think it is the 1st on the list after the generic choices. Could be wrong. I don't know anything about side scan though.
