Hi there,
Out of all the fish in the ocean, I managed to catch a Snapper on the beach.;D;D;D

I had never heard or seen that before. Anyone else???
The average Tailor weighed in at .671 as I caught a few, the Flathead 1.198 and the Snapper at 1.233.

I was very happy with that.

Nice feed Graham. Was that off the coffee rock at Teewah. Plenty of reefies have come from there. For some reason they gets heaps of snaps off the sand in the Land Of the Long White Cloud. They even have a fishing comp for suds based Snapper fishing

Yeah last time I was up there 2 weeks ago there was a new rock I had never seen before sticking out of the sand around the place I'm guessing you are referring to and its quite noticeable and chunky. :)

Never appeared on any of my previous trips though I know where some others are further north. ;)

The strange thing was that there were not any rocks where I was fishing.
I saw the rocks you are talking about.
I was no where near them.
