took mate out this morning as he had a flat tyre on trailer
we bagged out at area before rouse entrance, first drift, onto them, lost them kept moving, and ended up bagging out, some very good fish again as of lately, my 50 whiting went 3-322kg in fillets, John is slack and hasn't done his yet, but should be around the same

good to see solemandownunder {Ray} had his lovely wife Kerri out there and when we were leaving, she was about even with Ray in numbers. better not teach her too much Ray, unless you want to upgrade boat, then go for it, lol

also saw Rosco1974 out there late, but the whiting had really slowed down by then, they were going to the sandhills for a feed shortly afterwards, mackerel and whiting?

cheers
Robin

sorry ray... had a mates little 1 onboard who was a bit wrestless to say the least, bit hard to keep them amused when the whiting where not on the chew, only time he was happy was when we where underway...on a side note plenty of whiting over the sandhills we fished there for 10 minutes and pulled 35 onboard, double hook-ups as soon as ya hit the bottom, not quiet as big as the rous tings but between 23 and 27cm.took a while to find the macks but manage a feed of them.. deffinatly took a bit of getting used to fishing for them after only fishing offshore for a while
