furuno fcv 620 proken plug

The power plug on my 620 was hard to undo and it seams I have turned the hole plug I ended opening up the sounder to find I broke/snaped the plug where it go onto the small pcb has anyone else done this? can it be fixed if so what sort of money outlay can I expect?

Send it back to Furuno and plead insanity :)

Make sure you tell them how good there gear is :)
