87cm mud snapper

went to mud today hoping wasn't to busy. seems lot of people had day off work aswell anyway got this fella on my 10lb gear. biggest snapper for me by far said to my mate this is good start first trip there this year got another couple 55-60 great day seem like shark had a bit of a go at him on the way in lost little bit of tail and few little cuts near it 87 cm 7.84kg cheers

Mate, great catch, did you have to give chase, 87 7.8 is awesome on 10lb, over the last 2 years I have got 4 at 6kg on 10lb and I thought that was stretching the limit of the gear.

False alarm fellas.

Turns out its a hoax. There are no beautiful fish like that at Mud. So you can now all go home and leave that place to me. :)

I will go there and wet a line even though I have previously proven there are no fish there. Just like I've proven it in a few other spots. :)
