Fishing Report Maroochy River

Hi guys,

After a report of fishing in the Maroochy river? Have been fishing it alot for one grunter and a 70cm lizard. No jew, this was fishing at the cod hole. Could someone please fill me in on whats being caught, where to try for fish. Landbased until i get motor. Jari Thanks

over fished and if their is anything the jetskies will scare them off for you , i did catch a big lizard up round bli bli the other day on lure in boat , your best bet is the weir T/W other side of the bridge , but these days it aint the spot it used to be, with only a few of us mudjimba locals catching decent GT's and queeny's

plenty of small stuff including tailor around the cod hole the other day but pretty quiet there and also quiet towards the mouth. too many boats.

also no crabs but plenty of hgerring and mullet

Pretty dirty last Saturday and will only be worse with the rain this week.
