Cleveland Boat Ramp Security

I'm going to Peel for a couple of nights camping. I planned to leave my trailer and car at Cleveland boat ramp carpark.
How has everyone been finding it security wise? Have trailers etc still been going missing?
I know alot of cars are left in that carpark long term from walk on passengers for the Straddie ferries ?

I used to work in the mines over at straddie and left my car there on a regular basis, I never had one single problem, neither did my work mates. I would not worry about leaving it there.

Thanks Scott. I camped at Peel over Easter and left it there. All good now problems.

Yep, I was with VMRAQ Victoria Pt for eight years and the only issue with damage or stealing was amongst the pro fishermen and crabbers.

Try to leave it as close to the VMR building as you can - lots of lights there usually!
