Seen the guys at Barz optics at the tinnie and tackle show for some new sunnies to replace my old barz sunnies that seemed to give me a headace. There was nothing wrong with my old Barz's they just occasionally made my head hurt, possibily the way they sat on my nose or other reasons.

Generally let them know that I did not like them so i'll buy another different pair while I was there. Told him why I did not like them and he said keep them as spares and pick another pair for free. No hounding, no questions, nothing, he just wanted me to be happy again with Barz.

That's bloody awesome of them in my book.

Great to hear of good customer service.

Pity not all businesses operate like this. Too busy threatening to take legal action against forums and customers that speak up about poor service and being unhappy with their product.

Yep, and they are local too from the Gold Coast, so that's another plus. Next Sunnies will be Barz Optics.

Mate that is what good old fashion aussie service used to be, we had lost it for such a long time and now it appears to be returning. I recently put up apost in boating about dunbier trailers and the great service they gave me, after a few days i emailed the link to dunbier and when at the boat show on friday one of the guys came over to me and thanked me for it.
All in all i am very happy with what barz has done for you and it shows a great confidence for buyer and seller.
Well done barz.

Well done Barz
I invested the equivalent of a shire council's road budget on a pair of Tonics. They seem to be fantastic to look through. Hopefully I still like them in a few months. In the meantime, they're going in the pool room until I'm brave enough to use them.

I had a pair of aprox 10 year old Barz ski glasses with a strap for surf/jet ski use. Mentioned the strap lost its elasticity to them at the boat show (so I could buy a new one). They took the full set of glasses back, fitted a brand new strap and posted them back out to me free of charge.

Great local product!.
