Shimano baitrunner 6500B ... can you still buy them?

Due to a recent theft I lost some Shimano 6500's , went looking for some new ones and the Tackle shop guy said Don't make em any more been replaced by the new style 12000 bait runner.

Held the new model gave her a few wind's ...... just did feel the same , anyone know where i can buy some of the old style Shimano bait runners ??

Any feedback on the new ones??

I liked my old ones and they suited my style of fishing and I have plenty of spare spools with diff line types and classes.

Yeh the new ones are pretty crap, BCF online has the 6500B available for $199. Might get a spare one myself.
