Hi All,

I am planning on heading out over northern bay tomorrow, hitting 4 beacons for livies, then fish Curtain on the top of tide with pillies / flesh baits then try for some macks /cobia around the beacons on the run out tide. Does anyone have any pointers or advice you thinkg may be helpful.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Cheers,

BM

There is a thread going in the 'saltwater' section at the mo which covers most of what you are asking

usually curtain arti fires when there is VERY little boat traffic! 2-3am in the morning helps...during the day, it gets a little difficult to drift the reef properly when there are boats anchored everywhere!

had some very big hook ups at the beacons recently, but been busted up, havent landed anything other than doggie macks!
