Golden Trevally on a Squidgy Flick Bait Dec 2012

Filmed this the other day of the Bundy coast. Good sized Golden Trevally on a Squidgy Flick Bait soft plastic. Fish takes the plastic and feels somewhat small until almost under the boat it wakes up and spools me...;D Giving chase in a tiller steer was interesting but we catch up to the fish and almost lose it around the prop :o But she is lifted into the boat for the camera, and then released to make some other anglers day! Also scored one on fly so stay tuned for that footage!

Ha ha, been there done that on the tiller, I had my young fella with me at the time too, looked about the same sort of age as your bloke there. I asked him to steer it for me and after he just about threw me out of the boat a couple of times with squirts of power and erratic turns I ended up taking back over and doing the same as you and hooking my leg over the tiller. My fish wasn't as glamorous as a golden though, ended up being a big old eagle ray, was pretty cool cause it got airborne a couple of times.
