hi all. my exuberance for finishing the years work knows no bounds;). following successful snapper trips thursday and friday i decided to head out last night. was a bit tired after the early morn for the boaties market but figured i would go out for the sleep and fish the morning. anchored up at the houseboat about 10.30 and fed a good amount of my cuttlefish to little tackers for about an hour before winding lines in and setting up camp. woke at 5am and despatched 2 cuttlefish baits. 15 minutes later and back into it. this fella only went 67:-[. a little disappointing. i am slipping:P

I dropped a very good snapper at Green yesterday morning. Smashed my little hardbody, took 4 or 5 screaming runs then I had him under control...but he decided to throw the hook just before I got a look at him!:(

sorry mate. you probably wanted to hear about the rest of the day. went as far as myora for not another single fish. not home till 2.30 and used almost 20 litres of premium;D

good stuff nettie..took me forever to catch one legal snapper..then I got a 2nd..both times on charters..and I don't think there will ever be another caught by me. Unless I jag one in the canals from my kayak..LOL
