The Sandhills produced again. Took bit longer but finally got there. Quality was down a bit but still nice feed.
You really have to keep chasing them.
Surprised how many boats over there today. Prob about 25, 30.
Glassed out about 11 so trip home was great.

Towards the southern end of Moreton Island there are two white scars to be seen on the island that is the area known as the sandhills.

good goin greg. im yet to give it a crack over there.
Do you use the old whiting scaler bag or do you scale them yourself?

Dean,All on ice. Scale and. Fillet in morning. I don't like those bags. Seem to bruise them.

good feed Greg, i decided to give it a miss this week.....each to their own, but i have no problems with using scaling bag, over the years i have learnt it is best not to overload the bag for a better and faster result, i only put 25 in each time cheers

Rob, whiting yest just weren't up to normal standard. Took me 1 hr to scale and fillet
50 whiting.
