G'day,
Just wondering if anyone has experience with these hulls? Good offshore rig? This one my mate wants is in good nick. Wants to use it to fish reefs offshore 1770. Comes with 1993 Merc 115hp.
Any advice much appreciated.

yeah mate, I've owned a 1750C which im nearly certain is the same hull. I found it a good boat in choppy seas. My cousin owned it previoulsy and lived and fished1770 in it. He liked it but found the canopy a waste of space. can be a little unstable at rest due to the deep vee. all in all a good boat for the money i paid.

Cheers, Si. Good to know she's worthy of good seas. Yeah, my mate reckons she might be a bit tippy, but I think any deep v half cab will be a bit unstable. I think he'd rather that than a rig that's going to struggle out wide. Thanks mate.
