Hi all, just a quick report, went out to the banks north of peel today and got 23 quality winter whiting, threw back a few smaller fish, all caught on squid, and quiet a bit of snot weed around, the fish were patchy, but top size, cheers, royslaven;D

That is encouraging, we haven't chased the winterys yet this year, first year in a long time that we haven't done at least one trip after them...will have to fix that. Thanks for the post

Had a fish out from woody point this arvo for whiting. Only got 14. Very poor
