Upload pics from i pad

How do u upload pics from I pad. I can't attach pics from my laptop but not apple I phone or apple I pad.

Yes, use Tapatalk. You would have received a message when you accessed the site stating that there was an App available. Once you click on No it doesn't ask again. That was the prompt to get the Tapatalk App.
