I know what the advert says but surely there are decent ones for less than that.

Assuming she'd be over 2T BMT, trailer prices are up there for something decent but I haven't shopped for one recently to know for sure. Depends on what quality and fit up they are talking but being a dealer I would think they would be going on the budget side..

Best to buy a boat with a trailer mate this boat will sit in the dealer for ever at that price unless you can shop around for a SH trailer that will suit. Also as this boat is over 21ft you would have to factor in a brake system and would need a patrol ,cruiser or triton to tow it. If you are looking at boats this big go into to my profile and have a look at my Whittley 2100WA as I posted in one of your other threads there is one for sale like mine for 40k with a 4 stroke on the back which is .5 shorter than this. If you want a cabin boat have a look at these to but like all boats this size by law they need an electric or sensa brake system to tow legally.

Boat looks good.I had Ivan at FMS trailers give me a price for mine and it was around the $5-5200.All his running gear is 3t.Even though my boat is 5.8m and doesn't need the breakaway system that is a BIG difference.Lucky Phill had one built for his Platey by FMS,his wouldn't be to short of the mark, wonder what he paid?????.Jim

Oh yeah the other thing was wife was worried that as it didn't have trailer that meant it had been moored at jetty or the like out in the weather . Would be able to tell u more but couldn't get a sales person to help us even though we were there for 45mins

yep I have the 2100 on watch list fisho. was just checking to see what a trailer would be for one of these. In reality that is not a boat that I would really use. Comfy though.

I have seen some of the alloy trailers Pelagic boats build and they would be my first choice if and when I go alloy.
